Dear Outlaw:
I learned that I was not alone in my feelings.
In addition, how corrupt the Watchtower Society
really is.

JW members are slowy Awakening!
by Gill insometimes you wonder if the wtbts will ever come to a dead end.
but, it is always encouraging when you hear of the gradual awakening of individuals who have been trapped in the cult their whole lives.. walking home from school yesterday i felt a tap on my shoulder and turned round to see a jw i have known since he was a little boy.
he has been a window cleaner since leaving school and is married with three children.. straight away he said to me: ' my wife has gone to university!

Did the Society’s Literature Ever Make You Question or Doubt It?
Think back to when you thought like a Jehovah’s Witness.
Do you ever recall when a magazine, book, pamphlet or tract made you start to question
or doubt the written material? The Revelation Book
Do you recall the occasion in which the Watchtower tried to tie the prophecy
in revelation to the imprisoned brothers in Atlanta, Georgia about the “dry bones
being resurrected?”
How about the Cedar Point Ohio convention as being one of the “blasting of the trumpets”
in the book of revelation?
This used to bother me because—it was just pure speculation.
Did anything written cause you to doubt what was written or what was said?Respectfully,
The Wanderer

Why Can You See Through the Watchtower While Others Cannot?
Compared with the six million Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide the
so-called “apostates” are comparatively much smaller.
Yet, they are able to see through the corruption of the Watchtower
Society much more clearly. Is it a case of Brainwashing or Denial?
Does the Watchtower Society have such a hold on Jehovah’s Witness-
es that regardless of what evidence is presented starkly contrasting the
Watchtower’s teaching, individuals cannot grasp they are being duped? What is your assessment and view about this issue?

Laying your Life Down for your Brother
Blaring from the speakers of the district assembly and from the podium
of the Kingdom Hall was the admonition of laying your life down for your
brother in times of persecution. The Conflict of this Admonition
How many times I thought to myself in car groups did these individuals talk badly
about one another behind each other’s backs.
How many times during district conventions when someone suffered a heart attack or
died because of heat prostration did they make this announcement?
No, what was important was how clean and orderly the stadium was before and after the convention not human life. What are your thoughts about laying your life down for your brother?

JW's - Satanic Cult or just wrong-headed religion?
by AK - Jeff inthe evils of the religion are well documented here and elsewhere - but does that prove to you that they are indeed 'satanic', under the direction of satan?
or are they just screwed up?
jeff .

The wanderer
Hi Jeff:
Gill makes a very good point which I choose to go with.
However, it may also be a combination of different
things as well.
It could partly be a screwed up religion, business,
and satanic cult all rolled into one.
Great topic
Your friend,

JW Claymation Propaganda
by mavie inhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7-i7xqqdhq.
found this on another board.
it's about 10 minutes...and o so sickening!.
-
The wanderer
Being in the design field my viewpoint differs.
The creativity employed was exceptional. An individual
has to separate themselves emotionally from the
Watchtower for a moment and look at the talent
that was involved in making the claymation.
I know what it is like to create a project and
the work that goes into such a project from
the first idea to the storyboards to the
final production can take weeks if not
months.
This does not mean I support the witness
ideology though. Just giving credit where
credit is due.
Respectfully,
The Wanderer
